On 1 May, the Pskov Region Ministry of Tourism opened the new season for the passenger vessel «Iniya». Travelers can book and buy tickets for water cruises at ticket.pskov.ru.
The key element of the launch was the integration of sales and commercial management on the CBS.Small Fleet software developed by Vodohod.Technologies LLC.
The central booking system covers the carrier's full cycle: schedule management, online booking, ticket sales, box-office support, online acquiring and automated passenger communication. The solution had already been deployed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Yaroslavl, Krasnoyarsk, Sochi and the Rostov region.
The «Iniya» launch is another step in digitalizing passenger transport on inland waterways: a convenient service for Pskov residents and tourists and more efficient management of regional water routes.
